Vast numbers of school-age children are receiving support from the NHS or social services and others may be dealing with issues with the police, housing associations or countless other bodies. Currently, these individual agencies aren’t talk to each other or to schools, severely damaging these students’ potential for success. Will Hazell talks to the people trying to change this and ensure that everyone works together to best support our vulnerable young people.
